We recently moved to Çorlu to be closer to our son, who relocated here for work. When he suddenly fell ill, we were unable to get an appointment at the public hospital due to the heavy crowd, and therefore had to seek medical care at a private facility.

To our relief, we found that the hospital had a wide range of departments, a sufficient number of specialist physicians, and an adequate medical team. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist us in every step of the process. They guided us clearly and made us feel supported throughout our visit.

The hospital also has agreements with SGK, private health insurance, and complementary health insurance, which makes the process much easier for patients. In addition, there are plenty of free parking spaces and outdoor seating areas available for those arriving by car.

Although we encountered an unexpected complication during the C-section (cysts that were not visible on the ultrasound during pregnancy), he performed an extremely successful operation — ensuring my safety and bringing my son into the world in perfect health. Secondly, I would like to mention Baby Nurse Özge Ünal by name. From the moment I gave birth until the day I was discharged — and even during the follow-up visits afterward — she supported me tirelessly. I can honestly say that I learned everything about breastfeeding from her. She literally saved me from developing mastitis, simply because she taught me the correct technique. She is truly my son’s “beautiful Aunt Özge.”

I would strongly recommend consulting Radiology Specialist Dr. Erhan before proceeding with any biopsy or similar intervention. I visited him upon a recommendation, after a biopsy was initially suggested. When he told me that a biopsy was not necessary, we hesitated — after all, three different ultrasound examinations had indicated otherwise, and we were understandably confused.

However, on the scheduled biopsy day at Tekirdağ Training and Research Hospital, the professor who examined me personally also confirmed that a biopsy was not needed. At that moment, we truly understood the value of Dr. Erhan’s experience and expertise.
