High-performance fabric for contract and hospitality environments, made from 100% solution-dyed acrylic with TiO₂ technology to enhance sustainability and durability, featuring a soft yet strong bouclé texture with a water-repellent finish.

What are the benefits of TiO₂ technology in textiles?

The integration of titanium dioxide (TiO₂) enhances fabric performance, durability, and hygiene.
When activated by sunlight, TiO₂ helps break down organic matter, reducing stains more effectively, degrading pollutants and VOCs to improve indoor air quality, neutralizing odor-causing molecules, and limiting the proliferation of microorganisms and viruses through an incorporated fixed biocide.

The hydrophobic behaviour of these fabrics results from the combination of their 100% acrylic composition, naturally low in absorbency, and a hydrophobic surface finish, which reinforces their ability to repel liquids. Their textured structure can also promote droplet retention on the surface.

Our self-cleaning technology helps break down stains gradually, making them easier to remove and keeping the fabric looking its best for longer.

Important considerations
for stain and dirt use and maintenance

The photocatalytic process is gradual, not immediate. Stain reduction may vary depending on the fabric texture, the type of stain, and exposure conditions. Most organic stains fade significantly, although they do not usually disappear completely without manual cleaning. Some stains that appear organic may contain non-organic components, which can reduce the effectiveness of the process. It is recommended to expose the fabric to direct sunlight for at least 72 hours (typically 5–6 days outdoors).
