How Krea 2 handles account records, prompts and reference uploads, cookies, billing metadata, retention windows, cross-border processing, and privacy requests.

Scope of This Policy

Krea 2 is an AI image generation service where written prompts, style references, and moodboards drive the visual output you get back. This policy sets out which records the service keeps while you work, the reason each one exists, who else can ever see them, and how long anything is held. It applies to the Krea 2 website, the generation workspace, and the account and billing areas attached to them.

What We Record, and Why

Your account. Signing up stores a name, an email address, the login identifiers behind it, and whatever profile details you choose to fill in. This is the record that lets us authenticate you, keep the account under your control, and answer you when you contact support.

How the workspace gets used. The service logs feature usage, generation activity, saved settings, and the timestamps around them. Read together, these tell us the product is running correctly, show where quality needs work, and surface patterns that indicate abuse.

Technical context. Each session carries an IP address, a browser and operating system fingerprint, a device type, and related diagnostics. We keep these for security monitoring, for reproducing faults you report, and for keeping performance and compatibility acceptable across the devices people actually use.

Cookies and comparable storage. Session tokens, saved preferences, and analytics identifiers live in cookies or equivalent browser storage. They are what keeps you signed in between visits, remembers how you have set the workspace up, and shows us aggregate usage.

Billing records. Payments generate a transaction identifier, a payment status, subscription state, and the surrounding billing metadata. These support invoicing, financial record-keeping, and fraud checks. Card numbers are handled by the payment processor, not stored by us.

What you write and upload, and what comes back. Prompts, uploaded reference material such as style images or moodboard assets, and the generated results are all retained. Without them the generation service cannot run, your history cannot be shown back to you, and failed jobs cannot be diagnosed.

How These Records Get Used

Everything above feeds a short list of purposes: running and maintaining Krea 2; processing payments and keeping subscription or credit balances accurate; improving generation workflows, output quality, and reliability; identifying and stopping fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and meeting legal obligations, including enforcing our Terms of Service.

When Information Leaves Krea 2

We do not sell personal information. Data moves outside the service in three situations only:

  • Infrastructure, payment, and service vendors process it on our behalf, bound by contract to handle it no less carefully than we do.
  • A law, a lawful request, or a regulatory requirement obliges us to disclose it.
  • Disclosure is needed to defend the rights, security, and integrity of Krea 2, the people using it, or the public.

Retention and Safeguards

Records are held for as long as the purpose that justified collecting them remains live, and no longer, unless a law requires us to keep them beyond that point. Protecting them involves reasonable technical and organizational measures, access controls and encryption among them where that is the appropriate control. We would rather state plainly than imply otherwise: no system can promise absolute security.

Processing Across Borders

Your information may be handled in countries other than the one you are in. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we put those safeguards in place before the data moves.

Changes to This Policy

This policy can change. When a change is material, the revised version appears on this page carrying a new effective date, so the current terms are always the ones published here.
