Our extruded donut production line can reach a maximum capacity of 10,000 pcs/hour. It is a fully automatic turnkey line covering everything from donut forming to packaging, featuring multi-functionality to meet diverse operational needs.

The Extruder is designed to precisely shape prepared dough into various donut profiles. The dough is automatically extruded, cut, and placed onto proofing trays through controlled hopper pressure. Adjustable forming time and pressure parameters provide consistent product weight, shape accuracy, and stable production performance.

This complete set of equipment consists of a dough aeration and whipping system, a premixing tank, a buffer storage tank, a cooling system, etc.

This machine has the function of removing bad eggs and is equipped with an egg white and yolk separation device. It can free your hands and you only need to put the eggs into the soaking pool manually and start the device, and then the eggs will be automatically soaked and transported to the egg-breaking area through the conveyor belt for automatic egg-breaking.

The depositor is used to fill a certain amount batters to the molds.According to the needs,it can be single machine,C-shaped frame or connect to the production line directly.

The oil sprayer model OIA is used to spray the right amount of oil in the molds. It is the first step when making cakes without paper cups. It allows to easy demoulding the cakes from baking trays. The spraying nozzles are adjustable and can fit for different needs.Sprayer nozzles can be adjusted according to the centerline of different molds.
