Short Description: 

The City of Williams is inviting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the E Street Water and Sewer Improvement Project (City Project No. 05-2026, Contract No. 05-26). The project consists of installing approximately 1,650 linear feet of new water main and 1,820 linear feet of new sanitary sewer main, along with new water services, fire hydrants, sewer manholes, and full trench and pavement restoration along E Street. Bid documents may be obtained free of charge at City Hall, 810 E Street, Williams, CA 95987, or on the City's website. Contractors must hold a valid Class A license.
