• How does the payment plan work?
  $0 down, then one flat monthly payment by card for 24 months: $175 (Starter), $225 (Growth) or $275 (Premium). That covers the build plus hosting, security, daily backups, uptime monitoring and unlimited update requests (fair use) for the whole term. When the 24 months are up, you choose what happens next (see "My contract has ended, what happens next?").
• What's the difference between Starter, Growth and Premium?
  All three get the same hand-coded build, hosting and support. What changes is the size of the site and two add-ons.
  
  

  • Starter ($175/mo) is 5 pages: Home, Services, About, Service Area and Contact.
  • Growth ($225/mo) is 10 pages, with a dedicated page for each core service, plus automated SMS lead notifications.
  • Premium ($275/mo) is 15 pages, with dedicated pages for each service and each town you serve, plus a CRM connection (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Jobber).
• Why do you charge a monthly fee?
  Three reasons: it's affordable, it's simple, and it keeps us accountable. Spreading the cost over 24 payments means you don't need a $5,000+ agency budget on day one.
  
  There is no setup bill, no separate hosting or maintenance invoices, and no charge for updates. And because we're paid monthly, it's in our interest to keep your site fast, secure and working for you.
• Is the price going to increase each year?
  No. The price you sign up at stays the same for the full 24 months. After that, if you stay with us on maintenance, it drops to a flat $125/mo, with hosting, maintenance and unlimited updates included.
• Can I cancel my contract?
  Yes, at any time. Here is what it costs:

  • In the first 30 days: a full refund under our money-back guarantee.
  • After 30 days and before the end of the 24 months: a fee of 50% of your remaining balance, and your site comes down. For example, if you're on Starter and cancel after 12 payments, 12 payments remain ($2,100), so the fee is $1,050.
  • Want to keep your site and move it elsewhere? Pay the remaining balance in full and we'll package up your website files and hand them over.

• My contract has ended, what happens next?
  You have three options:

  1. Renew your contract and get a brand-new design at no extra cost.
  2. Move to month-to-month maintenance for $125/mo, with hosting, maintenance and unlimited updates included.
  3. Take full ownership: we package up your website files and hand them over, so you can host and manage the site yourself.
• What are website add-ons?
  Add-ons are extras beyond your plan, such as additional pages, custom code or embeds, or content writing for pages beyond your core pages.
  
  Core pages are included. If you'd like us to write additional pages, it's $150 per page (pages that need little unique content, like Contact or Reviews, are excluded). We quote every add-on as a one-time fee — it's never added to your monthly plan price. To ask for one, email [email protected] or use the update request page.
• Can I pay upfront for the website?
