If art doesn’t make us better, then what on earth is it for?
—Alice Walker
I believe in the transformative power of the arts. It’s what has brought me here with you today, inspiring me to share my journey and encourage you to embrace your inner artist, discovering joy and fulfillment. Let’s be a little crazy, embrace our passions, and nourish our souls.

Hi, I'm Claudia.
A New York City-based visual artist and my passion is to use art as a tool for empowerment.
For most of my young adult life, I pursued a career in graphic design, working in the publishing industry. However, it wasn’t until I hit an emotional rock bottom that I rediscovered my passion
for art.
Unbeknown to me, art healed me emotionally. It became my medicine—a source of healing, self-expression, and self-reflection when I needed it the most. Through the process, I released suppressed and repressed emotions. I reflected on my life by weaving in encouraging words and imagining a happier and better version of myself.
For the past ten years, I’ve immersed myself in this wonderful activity, experiencing firsthand how powerful art is for our emotional health. Today, I share my journey and knowledge to help others find joy and their own paths to emotional well-being. Here’s how:
I paint personalized portraits encouraging self-love by weaving in words or phrases that tell the stories of resilience and success.
I facilitate expressive workshops for women who want to feel better and become a better version of themselves. These sessions help those struggling with anxiety, feeling lost, or needing an inner connection to gain clarity and build stronger relationships with themselves.
I host painting events where participants create future self-portraits, inspiring them to reflect and dream of a greater version of themselves, promoting personal growth, joy, and self-love.
My mission is to use the transformative power of the arts to encourage a culture of healthier mental and emotional well-being, where individuals find inner joy as they love and value themselves.
I work with individuals and organizations, bringing unique and impactful experiences to teams
and communities.
Whether you’re looking to boost morale, foster creativity, or promote well-being in your workplace, I’d love to collaborate with you.
Let’s connect and explore how art can make a difference.
