Article 1 (Purpose)

Docenty Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter "this Policy") in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter "the Network Act"), and other applicable laws, in order to protect the personal information of individuals (hereinafter "Users" or "Individuals") who use the services the Company provides (hereinafter "Company Services"), and to handle complaints related to the protection of Users' personal information promptly and smoothly.

Article 2 (Principles of Personal Information Processing)

In accordance with applicable laws and this Policy, the Company may collect Users' personal information, and the collected personal information may be provided to third parties only with the individual's consent. However, where lawfully required, the Company may provide Users' collected personal information to third parties without prior consent.

Article 3 (Disclosure of this Policy)

1. The Company makes this Policy easily accessible on the first screen of its website, or via a screen linked from the first screen, so Users can review it at any time.
2. When disclosing this Policy under paragraph 1, the Company uses font size, color, and other means to make this Policy easy for Users to review.
