"Since Ellie joined my studio, I have had the joy of watching her grow not only as a pianist but also as a thoughtful, expressive, and kind person. She has made tremendous progress in her piano skills, and what makes her especially wonderful is her sensitivity, musicality, and genuine love of learning. Ellie reflects on what she has learned in each lesson and thoughtfully applies that knowledge and skills when learning new repertoire. Her dedication and willingness to challenge herself have been truly inspiring. One of the most meaningful parts of Ellie’s journey has been watching her confidence blossom. She has worked hard to overcome her nervousness and now performs with greater confidence and expression. Watching her grow into the musician and person she is today has made me incredibly proud. This year, Ellie received a Silver Award in the semifinal round of  an international piano online competition—a great achievement that reflects her hard work and continued growth as a musician. Liam L.

“Liam started his piano journey this June, and although he is very young and new to music, he has quickly developed a genuine enthusiasm for learning and has shown wonderful focus and discipline as a beginning musician. In just a few months, Liam has made impressive progress. He has learned to recognize and perform basic rhythmic patterns using ta and ta-di, identify and sing so-mi and la patterns, and transfer familiar songs from singing to the tone bells and piano. It has been exciting to see him connect what he hears with what he sees and plays. What impresses me most is Liam's curiosity and willingness to try new things. He approaches each activity with confidence and enthusiasm. I am very proud of how much he has grown in such a short time, and I look forward to seeing him continue developing his creativity and love for music!” - Ms. Annie “I like playing piano because I like learning new songs. A big congratulations to Sam for completing his Musical Journey level 2 album project, featuring songs with nostalgic sounds! 

Michelle has worked very hard to make 10 beautiful recordings for her album project. Her album was inspired by her love for orcas - nice job Michelle! 

Nathan worked diligently this semester to master dynamics and articulation, which you can hear beautifully in his Level 3 album! All of his songs focus on good technique, dynamics, and articulation. Way to go, Nathan!
