- "User," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Service.
- "Content" refers to the photos, images, and data you upload, as well as the generated reports, scores, and analysis provided by our Service.
# Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision and with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to children under the age of 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
# Service Availability and Modification
We strive to ensure the Service is available and functioning properly; however, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including free daily limits, features, or AI models) at any time, with or without notice, without incurring any liability to you.
# Subscription, Payment, and Cancellation
- Freemium Model: We offer a limited number of free daily usage credits. Once your free credits are exhausted, you may choose to purchase additional credits or premium features to continue using the Service.
- Payments: All payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
- No Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate delivery of AI-generated results, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any purchases, unless strictly required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances solely determined by Us. By purchasing credits or premium features, you acknowledge that digital services are delivered immediately upon purchase and waive any statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Chargebacks and Payment Abuse: Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks, payment disputes, or refund claims may result in immediate suspension or permanent restriction of access to the Service. We reserve the right to contest disputed transactions and pursue legal recovery where appropriate.
# User Conduct
By using our Service, you agree not to misuse the platform. Specifically, regarding the photos you upload:
- Authorization: You may not use bots, scripts, crawlers, scraping tools, automated systems, or similar technologies to access, interact with, extract data from, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service. You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, free credit restrictions, security measures, or payment systems.
- User Liability: YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PHOTOS YOU UPLOAD. If you upload photos of third parties without their consent (including friends, ex-partners, celebrities, or minors), you agree to fully indemnify and hold Us harmless against any claims, lawsuits, damages, or liabilities arising from such unauthorized use.
- Prohibited Content: You may not upload violent, nude, explicit, unlawful, or otherwise offensive imagery.
- Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with uploading personal photos and facial data to online services, including potential security breaches, unauthorized access, or technological failures beyond our reasonable control.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
# Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy is critically important to us.
- Photo Processing & Retention: Photos uploaded for analysis are processed using third-party APIs. We do not permanently store your photos. Uploaded photos are kept on our servers temporarily for a maximum of seven (7) days to ensure service delivery, after which they are automatically and permanently deleted. While we delete uploaded photos from our own systems within the stated retention period, temporary retention by third-party service providers or AI processors may occur in accordance with their own security, backup, and compliance policies.
- No AI Training: We do not use your uploaded photos to train, retrain, or improve our AI models.
For complete details on how we collect, use, and protect your data (including device information and analytics), please read our Privacy Policy. - Biometric Data Processing and Consent: By uploading photos to the Service, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, analysis, and temporary storage of facial geometry, facial landmarks, and other biometric-related information strictly for the purpose of generating AI-based facial analysis and attractiveness results.
We do not use facial data to identify individuals across unrelated services, databases, or third-party systems. We do not sell biometric data to third parties.
# Third-Party Links and Content
Our Service utilizes third-party APIs (for AI processing) and payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal). We may also include links to third-party websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with these third parties are governed by their respective terms and policies.
# Intellectual Property Rights
- Our IP: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User-uploaded photos), including the AI algorithms, source code, website design, text, and generated reports, are and will remain the exclusive property of Us and our licensors.
- Your IP: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. However, by uploading a photo, you grant Us a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and transmit the photo solely for the purpose of providing the AI analysis to you.
# Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

- ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY: THE SERVICE, INCLUDING THE ATTRACTIVENESS SCORES, FACIAL RATIOS, AND AESTHETIC ANALYSIS FEATURES, IS PROVIDED STRICTLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
- AI LIMITATIONS AND SUBJECTIVITY: AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, subjective, culturally influenced, biased, offensive, incomplete, or unexpected. You acknowledge that attractiveness assessments and appearance-based impressions are inherently subjective and cannot be objectively measured by automated systems. Human attractiveness and social perception are subjective, culturally dependent, and cannot be definitively or scientifically measured by AI systems.
- NO MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE: The Service does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. The AI results are generated through algorithmic analysis systems and should not be taken as a definitive measure of human beauty, self-worth, or mental state.
- NO RELIANCE: You agree not to rely on the Service or its outputs for medical, psychological, cosmetic surgery, employment, dating, relationship, mental health, or other important personal decisions.
- "AS IS" BASIS: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
