Can I book a same-day massage in Glasgow?
Arrive about
5 minutes early and take a seat. Your therapist will come and
meet you. They’ll ask what you want from the session, then step out while you get settled on
the table.
Underwear stays on, you’re covered with towels throughout, and
only the area being worked on is uncovered. Our
arrival guide covers
directions, parking, and what to expect.
What happens on my first visit?
Start with the
treatment:
Deep tissue for pain and chronic tension,
Swedish for light pressure and relaxation,
sports massage after training.
Your therapist checks in on the day and adjusts. Prefer someone specific?
Meet the team after you've picked a time.
What if I’m not sure what to book?
30 minutes for one area, like neck or lower back.
45 minutes for two or three areas.
60 minutes is a full-body session and what most people book.
90 minutes when you’re carrying a lot of tension and don’t want to rush.
Price goes by length, not style. See
pricing.
How long should I book for?
Tell your therapist. Mid-session is fine, and they'll check in anyway. Pressure is matched
to you, not a fixed setting: deep tissue should feel firm and useful, never
sharp. The right depth is the one your body can relax into.
What if the pressure is too much?
Yes. Book a treatment and time first to see who's available, then pick from the open slots.
Already know who you want? Book straight with
Wendy, Elena, Jakub, or Rebecca.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. That's most of what your therapist focuses on. Neck, jaw, and shoulders from desk work; lower back and hips;
legs, knees, ankles, and wrists after sport: mention it when you book or when you arrive, and the session is
planned around it.
Can you focus on my problem areas?
Online, when you book. Deserved collects payment as booking agent for your named self-employed
therapist, who provides the treatment. It takes about two minutes and your appointment is confirmed
straight away. Every massage costs the same for the same length, so there’s nothing extra
to decide on the day.
