In September 2014 the Financial Times Limited (FT) appointed Greg Callus as its editorial Complaints Commissioner. The role will ensure a continued means of dealing with reader complaints following the closure of the UK Press Complaints Commission. His remit is to support the FT’s existing framework for handling editorial complaints, independent of the editor.

He has covered the global private wealth landscape extensively and previously worked for another FT Group publication focused on monetary policy.

Mariam is a Data Analyst and Product Liaison. She is responsible for managing and enhancing MandateWire’s directory and document data offerings. Mariam joined the team in August 2023 from a Product Data Analyst role at YuLife.

Toby is Group Editor of MandateWire’s APAC and IMEA products, and has been in editor roles at MW under FT Group since 2013. Previously, he was Associate Editor at Asia Asset Management. His career includes six years as Deputy Manager of Editorial Production at a major Asian brokerage and three as Business Editor for a national newspaper in Taiwan. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Sociology from Goldsmiths College, University of London, and a Master’s degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Leeds.

Stefan is Deputy Editor for MandateWire APAC. He joined the publication in 2018 as a Reporter for Australia and New Zealand, a beat which he continues to cover. Prior to joining FT Group, Stefan worked in investor relations in Australia, and in Taiwan across editing and PR roles. She was previously a Paris-based correspondent for the Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones Newswires. Nadya has a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in International Economics and Economic Journalism, both from the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and is currently a PhD candidate with the University of Zurich.

John is the Global Head of Sales for MandateWire with responsibility for Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East and Africa. He was part of the original MandateWire family before the acquisition by the Financial Times in 2009. Prior to this role he was involved in the world of recruitment for investment banks, brokerage houses and hedge funds.

Will serves as a Global Sales Manager at MandateWire. Prior to joining MandateWire in 2015, he played a key role in the successful launch of FT Forums. In his current role, Will not only drives the development of new and existing business but also manages the MandateWire sales team. He graduated with a first-class degree in International Business Management (with Spanish) from Northumbria University in 2013.

Dan is a Business Development Manager with experience across B2B SaaS sales and credit-focused roles. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a B.S. in Information Technology and Finance. Earlier in his career, he worked in alternative credit before moving into B2B SaaS sales.

Prior to joining the FT in February 2020, Nick gained extensive experience in B2B lead generation and prospecting working for both a scientific publisher and in the legal services industry. Nick’s primary goal is to generate subscriptions for our B2B products and to support engagement initiatives with existing clients.

Andrew is a Senior Marketing Executive for MandateWire and Sustainable Views, based in London, but working to develop new business across all MandateWire territories, and continue to accelerate subscriptions growth for Sustainable Views. He joined the MandateWire team at the start of 2024, with a background in print media and an honours degree from Newcastle University.

Leah has over 15 years of experience in client management and is currently a Customer Success Manager for MandateWire. Prior to this role, Leah served as a Customer Success Manager for the Financial Times B2B department. Leah’s primary areas of focus include promoting product adoption, increasing engagement, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
