KT-FM

welcome to KT-FM! this is my self-hosted internet radio station playing a variety of tunes (mostly 90's alternative)

note: this station relays NOAA Weather Radio (WXL74) & IPAWSCAP alerts, so programming may be interrupted

• The Cosm - Ambient, downtempo & IDM; every night from 12 A.M. to 3 A.M.

technical deets

alright so. station's hosted on my home PC using a docker instance of Azuracast, which is then reverse-proxied to radio.heavymental.cc via a static-IP VPS. audio processing is done with Stereo Tool using a custom preset I created specifically for the station. all music/jingle files are in 16bit/44.1khz FLAC (except for Blue Jam as recordings of the series only exist in 192kbps MP3), with each file leveled to the ReplayGain target of -18 LUFS

special thanks

• The lovely AzuraCast maintainers
• Thimeo, developers of Stereo Tool
• Cook'd and Bomb'd for archiving every episode of Blue Jam
• wagwan-piffting-blud over on GitHub for his EAS Listener tool
