📢 A quick policy update from Westchester County!
The Board of Legislators has passed a new local law aimed at closing an enforcement gap around flavored e-cigarettes.
Flavored vape sales have been banned in New York since 2020, but retailers could still possess or store these products, which made enforcement more complicated.
That matters because flavored e-cigarettes remain especially popular with young people, and retail access continues to be part of how these products make their way into communities.
