We exist to transform organizations and leadership by integrating coaching into everyday working practice. Our belief is that we can all choose to be leaders, that leadership comes from collaboration and connection with others, and, that this is critical to resolving today’s complex problems. We are dedicated to helping others build everyone’s leadership skills, by focusing on the development of leaders-who-coach.  

 When leaders-who-coach is a globally recognised term and society has stopped glorifying hero leaders, we will relax.

Principals in the Business

Dr Phil Renshaw, Director

Phil started his career in international banking and treasury, going on to become a Finance Director in the IT sector. Then he tuned into the fact that people, and hence people skills, generate the numbers. And with that insight, he launched a new career. He is now a management and executive coach, leadership development facilitator and passionate about creating leaders-who-coach all over the world.

Dr Jenny Robinson, Director

Jenny is a serial entrepreneur and has worked all over the world; been kidnapped (yes, but it wasn't that serious); driven through the Borneo jungle to get to work; and learnt to be effective in the normal office environments of Asia, Europe, America and Africa. She works on leadership development and as a mindfulness coach to senior executives.

Richard Wood, Director

Richard is an organisational facilitator and Business Psychologist with extensive experience supporting teams and leaders through challenging transitions and transformations. With a background working across APAC & Europe, whether in strategic change, team dynamics, or leadership development, he guides organisations in embracing new ways of working that align with today’s fast-paced environments.Richard 在中国生活和工作了 14 年，中文流利，对中国文化、人情往来、沟通方式和领导实践都有深入的理解。
他常说：“我不是在中国做外企工作，而是在中国真正长大了一次。”





Andrew Bullock, Non-Executive Director

Andrew has over 30 years experience in the IT and telecoms industry, initially with the military where he trained with the Royal Corps of Signals.

Andrew’s experience in senior positions includes as Sales Director with Cable & Wireless, MD of Updata, and GM of an outsourcing business unit of BT. He also honed his leadership skills at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
Andrew has extensive international experience including in Germany and in the Caribbean and MEA region.
