Frequently Asked Questions

Is cannabis a "gateway drug" that leads to harder substance use?

No, the “gateway drug” theory has been largely debunked. Research shows correlation doesn’t equal causation. Most cannabis users do not progress to harder drugs, and factors like environment and pre-existing risk behaviors play a larger role

Is cannabis addictive?

Cannabis can lead to dependency for some individuals, but its addictive potential is significantly lower compared to substances like alcohol or opioids. Regular and heavy use may increase risk.

Is cannabis completely safe because it’s "natural"?

Natural doesn’t automatically mean safe. Cannabis can have risks, such as impaired coordination or anxiety in some users. Proper dosing, quality, and individual health factors matter, just like with any substance.

Is smoking the only way to consume cannabis?

No! Alternatives like edibles, tinctures, topicals, and vaporizers offer varied consumption methods with different onset times and effects, reducing lung exposure to smoke.

How does being woman-owned influence your business values?

As a woman-owned company, we prioritize inclusivity, education, and community support. Our founder’s vision centers on creating a welcoming space for all customers, fostering transparency in the cannabis industry, and championing sustainable practices that align with our commitment to holistic well-being.

Why is supporting local small businesses like yours important?

Local small businesses like ours drive community growth, create jobs, and reinvest in the area. By choosing The Green Bouquet Cannabis, you’re helping sustain a values-driven company that partners with local growers, artisans, and vendors, ensuring your dollars stay within the community.
