Youth Careers Collective
Ready, equipped, motivated and able to enter the world of work

Youth Careers Collective exist to enhance young people’s employability skills, knowledge, experience and access, so they are better prepared for and able to transition into employment and rewarding careers.

Playing your part, whoever you are

Business and employers

With our essential employer partnerships we deliver meaningful employability skills activities, high quality workplace experiences and supported career mentoring.

Schools and colleges

Aligned with the Gatsby Benchmarks and Equalex Framework, we partner with dozens of schools and colleges to support students experiencing barriers to entering employment.

Young people and associates

We work with and support over 6,500 young people every year. They are vital to how we operate as a charity, informing strategy, co-designing programmes and directing priorities.

Community partners

We work with a diverse network of local and national partners, including councils, voluntary sector organisations and funders to develop joined-up approaches.
