How to Get There
Guests can access Sentrim Mara by both road and air. By road, drive from Nairobi via Narok and proceed to the camp, located 3 km after the Sekenani Gate.
Flights to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve depart from Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Within 40 minutes guests land at the Ol Kiombo Airstrip, before being picked up and transferred to the camp.

Terms & Conditions
Reservation Policy
All reservations made through our booking engine are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Booking Confirmation
A valid email address and contact number are required for confirmation purposes. Upon successful booking, guests will receive a confirmation email with reservation details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy applies based on rate plan.
No Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a "No Show", and the entire reservation amount will be charged.
Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival. Full payment is due upon check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 12 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. At check-in, as a legal requirement, a valid picture ID or passport is required. No pets allowed in the hotel.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
