Women's Empowerment Principles
Tumerdem is a signatory of the Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) — the framework created by UN Women and the UN Global Compact to advance gender equality in the workplace, the marketplace, and the wider community. We hold ourselves to these principles as we build the company and every team within it.
We are signing the Women's Empowerment Principles at the very start of our company's life, not at the end of it. Equality is not a policy we will add once we are big enough; it is part of how we intend to become that. Technology is built by the people we choose to include — and we intend to choose well.
Tell us about your system, your challenge, or your idea.
We'll get back to you.
