Learn more about playroll
Playroll provides the essential infrastructure to hire, manage and pay talent anywhere in the world. Our services make global employment hassle-free for global teams, with solutions built for speed, true flexibility and iron-clad security.
Brendon Silver, co-founder of Playroll, dedicated years to mastering global compliance, growing VAT IT Reclaim into a trusted name for over 13,000 clients across 100+ countries. Yet, he saw the persistent challenges firsthand: managing international teams meant navigating shifting regulations, compliance risks, and inefficient payroll processes. Meanwhile, smaller businesses struggled with outdated HR systems – costly tools unfit for today’s needs.
Then came 2020. The pandemic thrust remote work into the spotlight, revealing just how broken the global hiring landscape had become. Around this time, Brendon met Erez Golan, a tech-savvy venture capitalist with a passion for building innovative, scalable solutions. Together, they had grown tired of seeing talent sidelined by borders and bureaucracy while companies struggled with fragmented payroll systems. In 2021, they launched Playroll to dismantle those barriers – built on VAT IT Group's owned entity infrastructure.
Since launching in 2021, Playroll has delivered on that vision with Employer of Record (EOR) services, contractor management, multi-country payroll capabilities, and entity setup services.
Today, Playroll is a full workforce operating system — designed to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and empower companies to grow confidently across borders for businesses of all sizes. We’re here to fix what’s broken and empower companies to scale confidently, wherever opportunity takes them.
We embrace challenges, question the status quo, and dedicate ourselves to continuous progress. The goal is to be better today than yesterday, with a plan to improve further tomorrow.
The Playground is our shared space to create, innovate and win, together. We are a global team with an ambitious vision, breaking down barriers to work towards a common goal.
Making an impact is everyone's business. Each of us are not just responsible for our actions but also for driving meaningful outcomes.
Excellence is earned. We are relentless in our pursuit to achieve the extraordinary. We set ourselves high standards and deliver through accuracy, expertise and the highest standards of service.
