Blenheim Apricot Jam
This is the jam that started it all. We made it for the first time in July 2002 using fruit from our backyard tree. For many years this was a summer hobby because friends and family loved it so much. On a lark, we sent a jar to Food & Wine magazine and were surprised when they wrote in the February 2007 issue "Jam is simply the best jam we've ever tasted."
After receiving thousands of emails from people around the world wanting to buy it, we decided to start a jam business with absolutely no prior business or food manufacturing experience (yes we were crazy, but that is another story).
This exquisite jam has a ripe, intense apricot flavor with a silky smooth consistency since we never use pectin to firm up our jam or marmalade. The Blenheim apricot is in our opinion the best tasting apricot available in the world.
$14 per jar.

Blenheim Apricot Jam

Blackberry Vanilla Jam
This is a very early jam we made before we started as a company. In 2002, we discovered a swath of wild blackberry bushes up in Tilden park in the Berkeley hills and picked about two grocery bags full. Back at home we cooked them up with a touch of vanilla and it was a huge hit with our friends and family.
This is our most popular flavor.
The blackberry seeds have not been removed because research has shown seeds to be packed with healthful compounds. So just like quinoa, chia, sesame seeds — blackberry seeds are very good for you!
$14 per jar.
Super Tart Cherry/Grapefruit
We take tart Montmorency cherries and team them up with a touch of pink grapefruit to create an incredibly delicious jam unlike any you have ever tasted. This jam was included in Food & Wine's Top Ten Objects of our Obsession in 2012. We are the only company that makes this flavor combination. This is also a very low sugar jam. If you prefer less sweet foods, and love tart then this jam is for you! We don't make this very often, and when we do we only make about 40 jars. So if you see this for sale, buy it!
$22 per jar.
Blackberry Strawberry Vanilla Jam
This is truly a delicious jam. It is our blackberry vanilla jam but with the addition of strawberries and the combination of these two berries is fantastic. Vanilla is a natural way to sweeten without adding any sugar or calories, so we can lessen the sugar in this jam (like the blackberry vanilla) but it still has a nice sweet flavor. This is so fragrant that once you pop open the jar you are immersed in the most beautiful perfume of berries! Then you taste it. Oh wow. Whenever I cook it there is a very familiar smell — cotton candy — so making this jam has made me realize cotton candy is basically a strawberry vanilla flavoring, and who knows maybe some blackberry thrown in.
$14 per jar. SOLD OUT.
Strawberry Rhubarb with Cointreau
Strawberry rhubarb is a classic pairing for jams and pies. And why not? Both are red, one is tart and one is sweet. Good combo right? But we like things a little more fancy. Cointreau is a fantastic orange liquor used in a wide range of desserts and gives a nice faint orange complexity to this jam! We cook down the strawberries to concentrate the flavor and get rid of the excess water they have, just as a fine stock is made, then the rhubarb is added and just before canning, the Cointreau is added. If you like tart things, this low-sugar jam is definitely tart.
$22.
Peach Maraschino Marmalade
This tasty blast from the past is from a 1961 Tarrytown church cookbook my mom sent me. I loved maraschino cherries as a kid, and that flavor brings back good memories. Peaches, some orange (rind and juice) and some maraschino cherries. It is a really delicious flavor combination because you can taste all three. I will be making this until I run out of the maraschino cherries I bought and then will transition to making my own with the Montmorency cherries.
$15 per jar.
Quince Jam — Membrillo - Ships October
Quince is an ancient fruit beloved by many cultures, and are famous for their smell and taste when ripe, which is a heady, fruity rose essence. They are related to apples and pears, yet are very firm and usually cooked instead of eaten raw. The more you cook quince the darker the color changes from pink to dark maroon. The jam is a seasonal treat this time of year whether spread on toast, mixed into yoghurt or yes, served with cheese, specifically manchego. It is a very firm set jam and is perfect for holiday baking.
$15 per jar.
Quince Cranberry Orange Jam (Sauce) - Ships Early October
Quince is ready for picking in October, just when cranberries are being harvested for November Thanksgiving sales. Combining the heady, rose-flavored quince with the tart pungent cranberries is a wonderful pairing of timing and flavors. We add some orange zest to give it a more holiday flavor. Up your game this Thanksgiving with this yummy, tangy cranberry sauce or jam that is sure to please your guests!

Pumpkin Blossom Honey - Raw and Unfiltered
I first encountered pumpkin blossom honey many years ago in the late 1990s at the old Embarcadero farmers market here in San Francisco. A bee keeper was selling a range of local honey and when I tried the pumpkin, I immediately purchased a jar. Nearly two decades went by without any luck sourcing this special honey until recently I found a bee keeper up north who now provides us this magical honey. I will quote my mom who was simply astounded when she first tasted it saying, "its so rich and creamy its almost like caramel!" And it is true this honey has a wonderful butterscotch flavor and if you close your eyes you can even see the pumpkin patch in your mind. A perfect gift for the fall.
$18 per jar.
Blackberry Blossom Honey — Raw & Unfiltered
About 20 years ago I was in San Francisco's Chinatown for dim sum and was walking through a small square with a bunch of booths set up in a little farmers' market. It was there that I discovered a woman who was a commercial bee keeper and was selling blackberry blossom honey. The flavor really was incredible, and the jar I bought from her I savored like it was the last one on earth. When I started welovejam, I tracked her down and we were going to sell her honey but for whatever reason we never did. Fast forward nearly 20 years and we are proud to offer this incredible honey from another bee keeper, who also collects the honey from blackberry crops.
What can I say about this honey? First off, it is truly unique — the scent when you open the jar is distinctively floral, and while it is scientifically impossible for the honey to taste like blackberries, it does. Any honey lover has to have this honey.
$15 per jar
Peach & Bourbon Jam
We have been trying to make a peach jam for a very long time, but nothing ever seems worthy to sell. Peaches when cooked can be cloyingly sweet. Finally we have a peach jam unlike any other and boy is it delicious.
We use California yellow peaches and cook them in some lemon juice and zest, some cane sugar, a splash of bourbon and a hint of holiday spices. This is a wonderfully complex flavor bomb when you put it in your mouth: peaches, spices, and deep down under it all the bourbon which is added in a tiny amount and enhances the flavors. The alcohol from the bourbon is cooked out so this is a booze free jam.
Contains no alcohol. It is boiled off completely in the cooking.
$14 per jar.
Strawberry Mango Passion Fruit Jam
This is Eric's mom's favorite flavor! It is a mix of luscious strawberries with semi-ripe mango and some passion fruit to up the tartness since strawberries get very sweet when you cook them. This is a low sugar jam and the waves of flavor from these three fruits are amazing to taste. This jam has a higher percentage of strawberries than the other two fruits so all you strawberry jam purists will be happy! One of our top sellers.
$14 per jar.
Citrus Pineapple Rum Marmalade
This is a new flavor of jam from an old cookbook written by two editors of Womens Wear Daily. Any jam with booze in it is usually good, and back in the free wheeling disco crazy 1970s when this book came out, lots of jam recipes had brandy in it. However, I changed the recipe to include dark rum since it tastes way better with pineapple. The genius of this recipe is it has two pectin powerhouses in it: tart apples and lemon. It is a nice, thick, tangy, tasty, tropical jam that is really insanely good. Almost a marmalade with the bits of lime and lemon rind. We only make about 30 jars at a time. Give it a try!
$20 per jar.
Raspberry, Mango, Passion Fruit Jam
We have put to good use our many years of creating one-of-a-kind flavors and this is one of our best. Succulent raspberries are mixed with semi-ripe mangos and just the perfect amount of passion fruit that ups the tartness and accentuates the tropical tidal wave of flavors that will wash over your happy tongue. Low in sugar so you can eat the whole jar guilt free! Note — this has seeds, but they add a nice nutty toasty element and research has shown seeds to be packed with healthful compounds.
$14 per jar.
Blueberry Jam with a Hint of Lemon
Who doesn't like blueberries? Not only are they so delicious, but they are so good for you. Packed with anti-oxidants in the skin as well as powerful nutrients in the tiny seeds, blueberries are an important part of a healthy diet. The inspiration for this jam was a cone of blueberry lemon ice cream I had a few years back in Los Angeles. The combination of lemon flavored ice cream swirled with blueberry ice cream was a revelation. We make this jam with very little added sugar, since blueberries, like peaches and strawberries, get sweet when you cook them. We add a little dash of lemon juice to brighten the flavor. If you are a blueberry lover, you gotta try this!
$14 per jar.
SF Style Ketchup
We make this classic, traditional, yummy ketchup from California-grown tomatoes. Unlike other brands that use genetically modified tomatoes ours are GMO free and full of flavor. And unlike those big brands that use high fructose corn syrup we use cane sugar which makes a world of a difference in taste. Cider vinegar, over white vinegar, gives it a nice fruity flavor. We call this our San Francisco style ketchup because this city is famous for food and our ketchup lives up to the reputation. We spent many years tasting different brands of ketchup to get this just right. These days I only make about 48 jars at a time so I sell out quickly. Word to the wise - stock up if it is in stock!
16 oz jar $14.
Everything BBQ Sauce
After many years I have created a new bbq sauce. This is based on my love for Okonomiyaki sauce — a sweet, tangy, savory, and not spicy sauce popular in Japan. The advantage of this sauce is unlike western style bbq sauces that have heat in them, this doesn't so it can pair well with many more foods and you can have it for breakfast on eggs — my favorite! Because it is so delicious and pairs so well, I call it everything sauce.
It does have Worcestershire sauce in it, a key ingredient in Okonomiyaki and gives this sauce a very unique taste — so if you have fish allergies (anchovies) you cannot eat it.
16 oz jar $14.
BBQ Sauce
We've been making this highly addictive sauce/dip for ourselves and tinkering with the recipe since 1999. Not just for bbqs, this can be used instead of ketchup and as a general sauce/dip for any kind of meat or vegetables. We use it in sandwiches, as a dip for fries and roasted potatoes, on burgers and hot dogs. Not too spicy, but not too mild. It is a perfect combination of spices, heat, sweetness and tang. The complex, addictive flavor is due to our use of more than seven types of chilies and peppers, and many, many spices. Read the rave review by Food & Wine magazine about it.
Our bbq sauce is gluten free and contains California grown GMO-free tomatoes. It does contain soy since gluten free soy sauce is one of the ingredients.
16 oz jar $14.
Spiced Molasses BBQ Sauce
Bbq sauce is something sublime when you find one this good. My bbq sauce obsession started around 1993 when I lived down the street from a bbq joint on Divisadero street in San Francisco called Brother in Laws. This fantastic bbq sauce is so delicious you can eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon. No kidding. It is based around molasses, dark cane sugar, a good amount of cider vinegar for tang and the addition of bourbon, espresso, fresh apple cider, our famous ketchup and a variety of spices and peppers. It has more heat to it than our other bbq sauce. See it — buy it!
16 oz jar, $18.
Black Currant Jam
Black currants, as well as red currants, are a rarity in the jam and jelly world of the USA — because they were illegal for decades. Yes, only the USA is dumb enough to ban this delicious fruit for a stupid reason. Both the black and red have a delicate, sweet tart flavor, are packed with antioxidants and are traditionally used in savory dishes and sauces as well as in desserts. We do the black currant because the flavor is much better than the red. A thick jelly/jam full of goodness. This was a new product for 2024 and was a huge hit. If you see it, buy it.
Black currant jam $20.
Yellow Gooseberry Jam (Cape Gooseberry or Goldenberry)
This extraordinary jam is made from cape gooseberries or physalis peruviana. There are different varieties of gooseberries, and these are unique because they have an outer "cape" like tomatillos, which they are related to. They are widely grown in South America, and thus do well in the California climate. The flavor is hard to describe and unlike anything else. There are notes of mango and apricot, but not quite. It is tart, fruity and has a pleasing caramel flavor. Completely unique. These are extremely nutritious.
$20 per jar. Sold out.
Grapefruit Rhubarb Jasmine Jam
It is rhubarb season starting now, and I am revisiting my grapefruit obsession that has been going on since January. This time I decided to pair equal amounts of grapefruit with rhubarb for a nice, thick tart and tangy jam. But since my jasmine vine is blooming, I decided to try adding some jasmine and oh wow, isn't it a delicious combination. I won't be making much. Buy before it is gone.
$14 per jar. SOLD OUT
Mariposa Plum Jam
After apricot season, it is plum season and the Mariposa plums are some of our favorite. This is the second jam we offered as a company. A delicious plum with a uniquely delicate perfumy, floral flavor that lingers. The Mariposa, thanks to us, has been added to Slow Food USA's Ark of Taste — a list of endangered crops or food practices. We are proud to be the first company to make jam from this variety of plum. Like all our jams, pectin is never added and we make it by hand each August. Also great used in a plum chocolate cookie recipe.
$18 per jar. SOLD OUT
Special New Crop Blenheim Apricot Jam
This is our special summer Blenheim apricot jam. We make it with freshly harvested apricots we pick up at the farm and turn into jam within a few hours. We use very ripe fruit for a super powerful flavor vs the regular Blenheim apricot jam that is a mix of ripe, semi ripe and some slightly unripe.
The difference in flavor is more intense. Due to the fragile nature of ripe Blenheims that need to be processed very quickly, we can only make a small amount these days due to high demands in the summer for all our other products. Like all our jams, we do not artifically thicken them with pectin. Each fruit/berry has its own level of natural pectin, and therefore each one has a different thickness. The apricots, which are very ripe have very little pectin, so this is a soft set jam.
Jar SPECIAL Blenheim apricot jam $22 per jar. SOLD OUT
Elephant Heart Plum Jam
Elephant Heart plums are very hard to find. Few people grow them since they are a difficult and unpredictable crop. But the intense, tart almost spicy flavor is among the finest of all plums. When cooked into jam or baked in desserts the flavor is amazing. These plums are also on Slow Food USA's Ark of Taste. We are proud to be the first company to make jam from this variety of plum. Also great used in a plum chocolate cookie recipe.
$22 per jar. Sold Out.
White Nectarine Jam
Back in 2002, almost a year ago today, while staying overnight in Grasse, France, we had the most amazing dinner at a tiny four-table restaurant on the edge of town. For dessert I had a white nectarine sorbet that blew my mind and it was that stone fruit creation that was the inspiration for our apricot jam. In all the years of owning this company I never paid tribute to this until now. I use a variety of different white nectarines for this because we make it all summer, so some are made with artic star, some with viking pearl, others with spice zee - a nectarium, all are delicious. This is a very thick jam, because white nectarines have a lot of pectin, while white peaches don't. Strange huh? It has the most beautiful pink color and a super sweet delicious flavor sure to please.
$18 per jar.
Red Flame Nectarine Jam
This jam is made from the high acid variety nectarine called Red Flame. It is low in sugar and a favorite among our customers.
$18 per jar. SOLD OUT
Early Girl Tomato Jam
It is amazing I have been running this company nearly 20 years and finally made a tomato jam. Years ago when I was in Barcelona, I found a small shop selling preserves in a tiny alley. Over the years I have tried a few times and nothing really wowed me. So I ditched the olives and added a lot of lemon zest and I must admit this is way better. The sweetness of the lemon zest is so intense at first, and then you taste the sweet dry-farmed Early Girl variety tomatoes I use. If this isn't the taste of summer I don't know what is. You can use this on toast like jam, but it really is nice with cheese and as a companion on your lunch or dinner plate.
$15 per jar.
Clementine Cherry Tomato Jam
My favorite tomatoes are always yellow - they just taste better in my opinion. The Clementine cherry tomato is absolutely delicous with a nice citrusy sweet sour tomato flavor that is irresistible. We make this special jam using freshly Eureka lemon zest, some lemon juice and just enough sugar to preserve it. We cook it down so it is a good consistency and the color a vibrant yellow orange. The flavor is intense and pairs well with cheese and other savory dishes.
$15 per jar.
Mara Des Bois Strawberry
This is a special summer jam made with a delicious variety of small French strawberry that is super sweet and packed with flavor. In fact I have tried many varieties of strawberries over the years and this is the best. Not many have heard of it, but it is getting more popular — we even have a customer who is a farmer who planted some this year and is raving about them. The problem is they are small and hand picking off the green tips takes a lot of time. We also don't use much sugar since cooked strawberries are sweet enough. If you love strawberry — this is a must try.
$22 per jar.
Strawberry White Nectarine Jam
Super ripe Albion variety strawberries mixed with sweet juicy Viking Pearl white nectarines. This is the taste of summer at its sweetest.
$18 per jar.
Fig, Ginger, Rhubarb Jam
We make a small amount of this popular jam in August. This is a thick delicious jam and something that will warm you with the approach of fall and cool weather. Equal parts ripe, sweet mission figs from my friend's two trees in Napa, and tart fresh rhubarb. Then freshly grated young ginger and just enough sugar. Fantastic!!!
$18 per jar.
Peach Bing Cherry Jam
This is made with a variety of peach called Memory and bing cherries. It is about 50 percent cherries to peaches, and since we hand pit the cherries, it was an hour and a half for the two of us to pit the cherries. But all those cherries really make this delicious. Made in small amounts...
$18 per jar. SOLD OUT
Special Cherry Apricot Jam
We first made this back in the days before this business was started. We would make the annual apricot jam from our backyard Blenheim apricot tree, and then make a small amount with fresh pitted bing cherries. We personally preferred the apricot cherry, but it was difficult to make pitting the cherries. If you have ever hand pitted cherries, you know what a pain this is. This jam was made with the original receipe from 25 years ago in the same Revere Ware pot I used to use. I pitted so many cherries for this it broke my cherry pitter that survived all these years... Luckily it broke when I only had a few handfuls of cherries left. This special jam comes with my kooky label to commemorate that blast from the past. Only 87 jars were made.
jar $22 SOLD OUT
Mandarin Jasmine Marmalade
I was at a local French bakery and ordered a cream puff filled with a yuzu jasmine filling and really liked the flavor. This is my version using mandarins since their thin skin is excellent for marmalades because it isn't bitter. I only made a small amount so give it a try!
$18 per jar. SOLD OUT
Montmorency Tart Cherry Apricot Jam
If you love cherries, and especially tart cherries, this is a jam for you. We use Montmorency cherries which are the traditional tart cherry we all grew up eating in cherry pie and ice cream. They are very tart so they are always mixed with sugar. However, we get ours in their raw state (frozen and pitted since we don't have the resources to pit cherries) and mix in just a touch of our apricot jam as a sweetener. This is a low sugar jam. We make this in small batches and there is a surprising amount of cherries in each jar.
The flavor is an intense cherry with a wonderful lingering aftertaste of apricots. Feedback from people who have tasted this is simply ecstatic.
Was featured in Martha Stewart Living magazine March 2020.
$18 per jar. Sold out.
Strawberry Rose Jam
This is a very special jam that takes a long time to make, but the final result is worth it! The flavor of the rose is just right and complements the strawberry perfectly. Many rose flavored food products are very perfumy, so our goal was to avoid this. It is also low in sugar. In a recent tasting we did, it was one of the top favorites among middle school students — which says a lot!
$22 per jar. SOLD OUT.
Apricot Almond Jam
One of our favorite summer desserts to make is an apricot galette with frangipane. Almonds and apricots pair so well together, it is a wonder it took us so long to make a jam out of these two incredible ingredients. Our famous apricot jam is cooked with a small amount of our own almond paste made from organic, California raw almonds that we don't grind too fine. The final product is a truly exquisite jam. First you taste the almonds, then the apricot takes over and at the end you have a wonderful finish of the two flavors combined. Jar is $16.
Quince Jelly
This amazing quince jelly is made after we make the quince jam. It is very tricky to make since there is no added pectin, and the pectin levels of the fruit and how we cook it varies a little each year, making some years a success and some a dud. Luckily this year we nailed it and boy o boy is this a winner. It has less sugar than we normally use. Not familiar with quince? Never had it? All I can say is this offshoot from the pear and apple family has the most intriguing, delicious, fruity flavor you ever put in your mouth. We only made 60 jars this year, so it won't stick around for long.
$16 per jar. Sold out.
Quince Pear Hibiscus Blossom with Calvados Jam
This was a good year for quince! We are using a new variety called Aromatnaya from Russia which is extremely fragrant. This was the first jam I made with this quince this year and a recent find of some fresh hibiscus blossoms made me decide to experiment with this combination along with pears. The hibiscus adds tartness and color. Then, to up the ante, I added calvados, a traditional apple brandy from the Normandy region of France. The quince has a lot of pectin so the two are a good pairing. Try this one out. I probably will never make it again. Too many ingredients, too much work for lazy Eric.
$18 per jar. SOLD OUT.
Apricot Rhubarb Jam
Apricots mixed with rhubarb yield a wonderfully tart jam full of the flavor of high summer. This is the third year we are making this tasty addition to our lineup. We don't make much, so if you get an email it is for sale you should buy some. We get emails all year long from people who purchased it and want more...
$14 per jar. Sold out.
Lingonberry Jam
Lingonberries are a tiny, tart superfood. Packed with antioxidants and vitamin C, they taste similar to a cranberry, but far better. They are popular in eastern and northern Europe where they grow wild. Often served with savory foods, they do just as well on toast, stirred into yoghurt and oatmeal, and used in desserts. We especially like them with buttery pastries where their sharp crisp flavor pairs well.
$15 per jar. Sold out.
Tangy Mango and Lime Jam
We simply love mangos and it was only a matter of time before we came up with a mango jam. We combine semi-ripe mangos, fresh lime juice and just a touch of sugar making it perfectly tangy. It is super thick and chunky. While not too many people have had mango jam, this is some of our customers' favorite jam, and you should give it a try!
$14 per jar. SOLD OUT.
Limequat Marmalade
If you are a marmalade fanatic like we are, this is a must try. We are the only company in the world to make a limequat marmalade since virtually no one grows this type of citrus. The last time we made this was in 2008 using real limequats, then the farmer ripped up the trees. But this year we finally got the real limequats again — at an outrageous $15/lb! The flavor is a pleasingly tart key lime flavor that literally dances on your tongue. Like all well made marmalades, the shelf life is very long.
$22 per jar. Sold out until January 2027.
Kumquat Apricot Jam
Tangy kumquats are combined with ripe apricots to create a favorite among our customers. It is half a marmalade and half a jam with a beautiful vibrant orange color and a taste to match. The good news about this is we don't need as many kumquats to make as the marmalade, so we often have more of this.
$14 per jar. Sold out.
Kumquat Marmalade
Making kumquat marmalade has been an annual tradition we have been doing for 19 years. We are probably the only company that makes commercial kumquat marmalade because it is labor intensive to remove all the seeds individually. However, unlike the Seville or bergamot oranges normally used for marmalade, the kumquats offer a super fresh and tantalizing citrus flavor that is unmatched in my opinion (and marmalade is my favorite preserve). Kumquats make a very different marmalade because the rind is sweet unlike the bitter rind of other citrus. The flavor is a powerful kumquat orange flavor without the bitterness of other marmalades. Yummy!
$18 per jar. Sold out until next year.
Sudachi Marmalade
Sudachi limes are popular in Japan, and there are some farmers here in California who love their amazing flavor and grow them. This is an amazing flavored marmalade highlighting the unique flavor of this citrus full of citrusy notes as well as a kind of piney aftertaste which is really yummy. We will be making this again with just the yellow fruit in October.
$22 per jar. Sold out until October.
Key Lime Mandarin Marmalade
Who doesn't love Key limes? Well, making a pure Key lime marmalade is perhaps too bitter so I combine them with sweet Kishu mandarins for a powerful yet enjoyable marmalade. Not too tart or bitter, but enough to make you smile and tingle your tastebuds.
$16 per jar. Sold out.
Fleur de Sel Caramel Sauce
This is a very special caramel sauce we make in small batches — 60 jars. Made using the very best local butter and cream, fleur de sel (French sea salt) and the finest vanilla money can buy, it is simply the gold standard for caramel sauce. We make this normally in the fall and winter because it is cool and safe to ship. Most caramel sauce has corn syrup which keeps the sugars and fats bound together better, but we don't use that ingredient for health reasons and also our recipe is a million times better!
$16 per jar. Sold out.
Passion Fruit Fleur de Sel Caramel Sauce
Many moons ago we used to make a passion fruit caramel candy that was so incredible. Easier, is to just cook it up and put it in a jar! However, it proved extremely problematic, and I spent over a week trying to make this successfully and had to throw everything away after endless disasters. Then, I tried one last time, and made a math mistake that turned out to be the key to success. It has twice the cream and twice the passion fruit in it, and boy is this intense. Made using the very best local butter and cream, passion fruit puree, fleur de sel (French sea salt). We made a small amount in 2023 and probably will never do it again. Too much work!
$20 per jar. Sold out.
SF Bay Cappings Honey

Honey Gift Box $65
Our Honey gift box comes with three super special, rare honeys. There is a pumpkin blossom, a blackberry blossom and a cappings honey. All are raw and unfiltered and absolutely unique. Raw honey crystalizes over time, and that is perfectly ok. But if you want to get it back to pre-crystalized form, heat an oven to 200F and turn if off. Put the jars inside the oven with the door propped open with a wooden spoon or something, and let it sit overnight.

Strawberry Parfait Apple and Bing Cherry Jam
The Strawberry Parfait apple is a very earl ripening apple ready to be picked in July. It has the most spectacular pink and white mottled interior and has a very strong cherry flavor despite the strawberry in the name. We core these keeping the skin on and combine with hand pitted bing cherries for a very thick, intense jam that is equal portions apples to cherries.

Thomcord Grape and Damson Plum Jam
My all time favorite grape is the Concord. I have grown vines in the past, and even made jelly and sold it right here. But it is a real pain getting all the seeds out, the skin, and then the very specific way of cooking it without pectin to get it to gel. There is a new kid on the block called the Thomcord grape - a cross between a Concord and a Thompson seedless that tastes almost exactly like a Concord. Yes, there are tiny, tiny seeds, but nothing annoying so you can munch on them without annoyance. Then, I had purchased some Damson plums on an impulse and wasn't sure what to do with them. You see, Damson plums are almost the size of a grape and getting the pits out is very difficult. They are also very, very tart. Almost too tart to eat. So, I decided the tartness of the plum would compliment the sweet grape and since they basically look identical maybe they would taste good together. And boy do they! You get the nice Concord grape flavor, with a pleasant tartness and a little bit of the plum in the background. This is a one time batch of 63 jars and I might never make it again.

Ruby Red Grapefruit Marmalade
I am just crazy about grapefruits. There are many varieties from cocktail to oro blanco, but for marmalade the ruby or rio red are the most beautiful with their deep pink color. I set out to make a grapefruit marmalade that would taste just like eating a grapefruit with the right balance of sweet and sour and bitter and this is my creation. This is my 6th try and I think this is the final recipe. Instead of using the rind which is so bitter you have to add tons of sugar, I just use the zest. It is almost a jelly. Give it a try!
$16 per jar. Sold out.
