Once the board approves a set of minutes, record it here and send it to the Secretary to sign in DocuSign. When the envelope completes this marks itself signed and files the signed copy on every board member's dashboard. While anything sits unsigned you get an email once a week.

Board members open updates by their link, without a password. Leave out member names, contact details and case notes.
Use this for anything large. A PDF hosted on this site opens right on their page. No size limit, unlike an upload.
