Academy of the Self is a place to explore how you notice, question, choose, and act. We treat the Self not as a fixed identity to define, but as something you can study through experience.
Through play, art, conversation, and collaborative problem-solving, we explore questions that don’t come with predetermined answers. Start with something you notice. Bring a question you care about. Try an approach, learn from others, and see what changes.
The aim isn’t to assign you a type or tell you who to become. It’s to help you develop your own judgment—and put it into practice.
