An archer, bow drawn, at full extension
YMI Method

Don't react. Choose.

Mentally · Physically · Emotionally. When you choose, you're in control. When you're in control, you're present, engaged, and confident.

Up to now, you've been learning these skills in separate worlds. Science has shown that you must train them together — because they are all part of one system: you.

The Need
Not a meditation retreat. Not a fitness class. Not a therapy session. Take AIM.
The Method

What is AIM?

Attention. Intention. Metacognition. Three things we almost always train separately in the form of meditation, fitness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. The YMI Method treats them as essential elements of one system, taught together, until choosing your response is just how you operate.

Attention icon Attention

Focused-attention meditation. Before you move, train your attention to go where you want.

Intention icon Intention

Build strength, flexibility, balance and the body awareness to move deliberately.

Metacognition icon Metacognition

Read and reflect. A focused mind plus a challenged body creates a calm nervous system. Your insights have a place to land and take root.

Coming Soon — Community

Metacognition works best out loud.

We're building a space for people working through the book to talk through each metacognition reading together.
