You can expect 20-50 interested leads from your exact ICP every month. Exact numbers will depend on your industry and market size. In fact, we guarantee a minimum of 20 qualified leads per month.
The best way to understand what this could look like for your business is to book a demo, where we'll walk you through the results you can expect. Or, if you prefer, claim our Free Lead Generation Guide under the resources page.
On average, we'll need to send 200-300 emails to generate a warm lead for our client.
Also, our clients are booking meetings with every 3-4 leads and they need 10-20 leads to close a sale.
Here's how we work:
✅ We combine databases using Google Maps and Linkedin scraping etc. We automate sales research using AI so our clients have a database which will save their sales team's time for day to day work.
✅ We use direct response copywriting designed to increase replies and drive action.
✅ We set up email infrastructure that can send a high volume of emails while maintaining a high delivery rate.
✅ We proactively optimise campaigns, refining strategy to improve results over time
✅ We act as a growth partner, not just a service provider.
✅ We provide full visibility with a live dashboard and weekly updates so you always know what's working.
It takes us 3-4 weeks to set up everything for your outbound campaigns. Email infrastructure set-up and warmup. Strategy/onboarding meeting with the client. Crafting high-converting copywriting. Building lists using web scraping and using AI for sales research automation.
When we launch campaigns, most clients see leads flowing in the first day already.
PS: We only charge our clients for campaign period (emails going out and leads are coming in). We don't charge separately for the set-up period.
Yes. We do. We guarantee a minimum of 20 qualified leads per month while most of our clients receive ~50 qualified leads per month.
We have an exceptional success rate (we have had to refund only 3 clients out of 250 and those were extreme cases). We only partner with businesses we're confident we can win for. That's why, in nearly every case, we deliver outstanding results.
However we don't work on a pay-per close model or guarantee closed revenue or number of clients since that is beyond our control. Our job is to generate leads and the client's job is to close the leads. Since don't provide end to end sales, we can't guarantee sales.
We're one of the leading outbound agencies for a reason. Just check out our case studies. If we take you on, it's because we know we can deliver. And if we can't make outbound work for you, no one can.
We guarantee a minimum of 20 qualified leads per month while most of our clients receive ~50 qualified leads per month.
If we don't generate at least 20 qualified leads in the first month for the client we will extend the campaign period on our expense by up to 2 more months.
If we still don't reach 20 qualified leads we will pay money back for every lead that is missing from the target.
So far we have had to refund only 3 clients out of 250. So we have a pretty decent success rate.
We ask for a 3 month commitment, then it's month-to-month with zero lock-in.
The 3 month commitment is only valid if we generate at least 20 qualified leads per month.
Why do we have a minimum commitment? Because setting up campaigns takes us roughly 4 weeks, but we only charge our clients for campaign period (emails are going out and leads are coming in). That wouldn't be possible if we didn't have a minimum commitment.
OR if you want to commit to a one month campaign there will just be an additional set-up fee.
Overall we are looking for long term partnerships, not 3 month partnerships. We realise we need to generate you a 3-10X ROI at least to keep you on as a client for long term and we will work hard to achieve that.
Yes. You'll have full visibility and the option to review messaging, lead targeting, and personalisation strategy before campaigns go live - so you're always aware of what's happening.
We believe in complete transparency and value your input, but we also know your time is valuable. That's why we keep you informed without adding extra work, ensuring you stay in the loop while we handle all the heavy lifting.
We never use the client's primary domain for sending emails since we don't want to risk it.
We set up 10+ domains and 3 mailboxes per sending domain sending a maximum of 20 emails per day per mailbox. So we can send thousands of emails per day, but actually we're sending just a maximum of 60 emails per day per domain.
We send plain text No-HTML emails. We don't send any images, no links, we don't track open rates.
We use spinning email syntax or AI personalised outreach, so every email is unique.
We optimise our campaigns for reply rate % and positive reply rate %.
That's how we maximise email deliverability.
If you sell a high-ticket B2B service that solves a real problem, and there are at least 5,000 people in your target market, outbound is probably one of the most effective growth channels you can use. Or if you have a medium ticket product or service and you have at least 50,000 people in your Total Addressable Market, then that works great as well.
Unlike other channels where you wait for leads to come to you, outbound lets you go straight to the people you can help most. We find those prospects for you and use live buying signals to reach out when they're most likely to say yes. It's faster, more precise, and gives you control over your pipeline. The more messages we send, the more customers you get.
Still unsure? Book a quick demo using the form on our website and we'll take a look at your business to give you an honest answer.
