Report Pricing FAQ
Are these one-time purchases or subscriptions?
One-time purchases. Every report on this page is a single $19–$49 payment that unlocks that report's PDF and follow-on tools — no recurring subscription, no monthly charge, no annual renewal. Run the free calculators (linked below) before paying; you only pay when you want the deep-dive.
What's the difference between the TSP Annuity Rate Report and the Full FERS Plan?
The TSP Annuity Rate Report ($19) is a TSP-focused snapshot: current MetLife TSP rate vs. top commercial SPIAs, 3-year rate trend, and monthly income projections at ages 60 / 62 / 65 / 67 / 70. The Full FERS Plan ($29) is the broader plan: personalized FERS annuity calculation, TSP withdrawal sequencing, FEHB / FEGLI / FLTCIP coverage gap analysis, and MRA / MRA+10 / 62 / 65 retirement date scenarios. Most federal employees buy both; if you only need the TSP annuity comparison, the $19 report is the right entry point.
How does Stripe Checkout work for these reports?
Click a report card's CTA — we create a Stripe Checkout session in under a second and you land on the secure Stripe-hosted checkout page. Pay with card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Stripe emails you the receipt; you hear back from us within a few minutes with the PDF link. No card data is stored on RetireStack servers.
Do you offer refunds on report purchases?
Yes. Every report is eligible for a 30-day refund — if it doesn't surface something useful for your planning, email support and we'll process the refund through Stripe. You don't have to delete the PDF.
What does the Home Equity & Housing Demand Report include?
The Home Equity & Housing Demand Report is a one-time $29 interactive report. It compares keeping your home, selling now and investing, or selling later under downside, base, and stronger-demand scenarios. It includes projected equity, investment balance, housing-cost differences, retirement-income impact, local ACS evidence, assumptions, sources, and limitations. It does not promise an exact future home price.
What is the Federal Retirement Command Center?
The Federal Retirement Command Center is a one-time $49 bundle for current or former FERS and CSRS employees. It includes the Full FERS Plan, TSP Annuity Rate Report, and SS Optimizer Report. Those three reports cost $67 separately, so the bundle saves $18, or 26.9%. See the bundle details.
Can I buy more than one report?
Yes — you can buy individual reports separately or choose the Federal Retirement Command Center when you want the Full FERS Plan, TSP Annuity Rate Report, and SS Optimizer Report together. The bundle is one $49 payment instead of $67 separately; the SS Optimization Report also includes Section 4 (Spousal Coordination Strategy) at no extra charge.
