Amendments to Rule of Professional Conduct 1.14: Representing Clients with Decision-Making Limitations. Amendments to the Rules of Procedure and Rules of Licensure
addressing: 1) reinstatement from administrative (non-disciplinary) suspensions; 2) appointments to the Disciplinary Board (DB) for out of state DB members; and 3) evaluating inquiries raised against provisional licensees pursuing admission through a Supervised Practice Portfolio Examination (SPPE). Amendments to the Rules of Licensure addressing: 1) the New Lawyer Mentoring Program; 2) Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit for SPPE supervisors and portfolio graders; 3) required Indian Law CLE credit for new admittees; and 4) reinstatement from administrative suspension for six months or less.
