Every year, Springboard supports people from all backgrounds to build sustainable careers in hospitality, while helping employers access the skilled, motivated workforce they need.

We inspire future talent through our school and careers programmes, building awareness and enthusiasm for hospitality careers at an early stage. Alongside this, our employability programmes support young people and those facing barriers to gain the skills, confidence and experience needed to secure and sustain work in the industry.

Together with our digital careers support and industry partnerships, we connect talent with opportunity at every stage of the journey, from first inspiration at school through to long-term employment.

This report highlights the impact of that work over the past 12 months, not just in numbers, but in the lives changed, confidence built and futures shaped across the UK.
