Three versions, one idea.
The original plays the long game: a beat-less drift of textures and vocal fragments that spends nearly three minutes convincing you nothing is coming - then drops a room-recorded grand piano under a blast of trumpets. Sixty seconds of payoff, fully earned.
Pawel Groth rebuilds that skeleton between psytech and deep house, tightening everything to pure function until the brass arrives. Same trumpets, new posture - and suddenly the whole arrangement has room to breathe.
Frank Leicher strips the source to bare bones and locks what remains into a minimal house groove that grabs you in four bars. No filler, just atmosphere built from absence. Less, but louder.
What binds all three is the same instinct: betting the track on one unfashionable choice - a live piano, a horn section, or simply taking things away. In a climate where every element must justify its cost, that's the risk running through the record. Easy to forgive in the mix.

Another deeply relaxing journey with Moe-le-Cul. Individual pieces were scattered, resulting in a house-inspired reinterpretation by Planmad and deep groove by Florian Martin.

A straight minimal techno tune with a kind of mystic atmosphere due to Vocals far away in the backround and percussive Rhythm. The atmosphere changed to friendly in the middle of the track and bring the Track to the light.

Planmad is back at electronic groove culture, and this time he’s taking it nice and easy. He’s joined by Dee Jay Pari, who brings a slightly more house-oriented approach, and Moe-Le-Cul and Florian Martin with their takes on these lovely spring tracks.

Moe-le-Cul is making the most of the summer and has a few laid-back, deep techno tracks up his sleeve.

Florian Martin’s techno-inspired stroll along the landing bridges is not quite so easy to categorise.
From deep to groovy and playful, the journey takes you from Bridge 1 to Bridge 3.

It was an emotional start to the year, so the two label heads from BEHIND EBN got together and took a moment to reflect on everything at the mixing desk.
