Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Spykr ("Spykr," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use spykr.app, app.spykr.app, our Chrome extension, and related services.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up, we receive information from our authentication provider (such as name, email address, and profile image) to create and manage your account.
Content you save. Ads, metadata, boards, tags, comments, brand trackers, and other materials you save or create in Spykr.
Usage data. How you interact with the product — features used, save activity, plan limits, and similar analytics to improve the service.
Payment information. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. We receive billing status and transaction references, not full card numbers.
Technical data. IP address, browser type, device information, and logs needed for security, debugging, and performance.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve Spykr
- Authenticate users and enforce plan limits
- Process subscriptions and send billing-related communications
- Run AI analysis, transcription, and landing-page capture features you request
- Respond to support requests and send product updates
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Chrome extension
Our browser extension reads ad data from public ad library pages you visit and sends saved ads to your Spykr account when you choose to save them. The extension uses authentication cookies from app.spykr.app to verify you are signed in. We do not collect browsing history outside supported ad library pages.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers — hosting, authentication, payments, email, analytics, AI, and cloud storage partners that process data on our behalf under contract
- Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required
6. Data retention
We retain account and saved content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account by contacting [email protected]. We may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as billing records).
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. International transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
Spykr is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice.
