Pro ($5/mo) unlocks 2-hour recordings, 1080p + source quality, the video editor, AI transcripts, uploads, and privacy controls, and drops that badge.
Do I need to install anything?+
Recording happens in a lightweight Chrome extension that lives in your toolbar, one click to install. This website is your library: where clips are organized, shared, and analyzed.
Can I upload videos I already have?+
Yes. On Pro and Team you can upload existing MP4 or WebM files (up to 2 GB) straight into your library and get the same player, transcript, and analytics as a recording.
Where are my recordings stored, and who can see them?+
Every clip lives in your private cloud library. Sharing is opt-in per link, and on Pro you can password-protect links, set expiry dates, and see exactly who watched. On Pro and Team you can also choose to download a recording straight to your device instead of uploading it.
Can teammates and clients give feedback on a clip?+
Yes. Every share page has timestamped comments and emoji reactions, and viewers can reply with their own screen or camera recording, thread the discussion, and mark it resolved.
