- Complete public and confidential data where applicable; respond to periodic CDR.fyi data check-ins and clarification requests in a reasonable timeframe.
- Order data includes: purchaser, supplier, method, volume, projected deliveries by year, nature of agreement (spot, pre-purchase, offtake). Material announcements (over 10Kt) submitted immediately when made public.
- Pricing Data: Indicative Pricing reflects current, non-binding market pricing and does not require disclosure of prices agreed in individual transactions. Transaction Pricing reflects prices agreed in actual transactions. Both are classified as Restricted Data and handled in accordance with the CDR.fyi Data Management Policy.
