Since its inception in 2004, Scriptable Solutions has been dedicated to empowering businesses from various sectors by enhancing their marketing strategies and providing them with a competitive advantage through all-inclusive digital marketing solutions.
Beginning as a two-person operation, Scriptable has now flourished into a full-scale web design and marketing company. We collaborate with organizations of all sizes – ranging from startups to large franchises – across a multitude of industries and niches.
As we expand, we persistently refine our methods and invest in cutting-edge tools and resources to ensure our digital marketing partners receive top-tier services.

Unlike many of our competitors, we steer clear from website building software and template platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc. for a variety of reasons. If we thought that any of these options provide a superior end product for our clients, then we would utilize them, but they don’t. They are inherently slow loading (and get slower over time), messy in the code department, difficult to provide custom features to clients and possess major security issues.
We’ve made the (easy) choice to build truly custom websites, in order to solve the issues that are prevalent with the aforementioned website platforms. Our clients can rest assured that they have a completely optimized website that is built for speed, security, seo, functionality and usability.

We’re All About Relationships and Results
When a new client decides to utilize our services, we always ask what was the determining factor(s) that led them to choose us over our competition. Undoubtedly, we will always hear something related to our responsiveness and communication skills (as well as a few others, but we don’t want to brag too much). Basically, we answer the phone and reply to emails (quickly)...yes, this sounds simple, but is seriously lacking in our industry.

Our History
Scriptable Solutions was founded by two brothers, both sharing a love for the Boston Red Sox, mixed drinks and oddly enough…computer code.
Since it’s pretty much mandatory that website designers get their start in some sort of basement somewhere, Scriptable Solutions set up shop in the basement of an office building in Henrietta, NY. With a couple of desks, a dart board and a dream, our earliest websites were designed and created.
Year after year we continued to grow by evolving with technology, staying on top of our game and signing more and more happy clients. This led to the eventual hiring of a sales team, content creators, graphic designers and finally a social media posse. (#HashtagsEverywhere).
With desks and cubicles full, our tiny basement office became a standing room only operation. FYI: standing room only is awesome at concerts when you’re holding a beer…but not so awesome at work when you're holding a computer. It was time for Scriptable Solutions to move on…
And so we did...
A few years back, we packed up our laptops and coffee mugs and moved to our current headquarters in downtown Rochester. We needed a bigger space to create bigger ideas…and we needed to stop sharing a public bathroom with 20 other businesses.
Today, we can be found at our address in Rochester, NY and our satellite office in New York City and continue to design and develop custom built websites completely from scratch for all types of businesses all over the country. Technology is an ever changing game – one day you’re on the cover of Vogue and the next you’re tucking in your sweaters and rocking a mullet. It is our job to stay ahead of the technology curve and to make sure all of our clients look stellar and fly high above their competition.
FYI: The bathrooms here are private and smell of lavender.

WHAT WE DON'T DO...
Outsource. If it’s not done in our offices…it’s not done.
Brag about our kids. They’re not that great anyway.
Create any website using a 3rd party platform (ie; WordPress, Drupal, Wix, Joomla, Squarespace, Magento, etc). That would be like paying your accountant to use TurboTax. Who would do that?
Overcharge. We gave up stealing years ago.
Help out during fantasy baseball and football drafts. We have our own problems.
Miss deadlines. Because we all know how annoying that is.
Design websites or mobile sites from a template. Everything we do is created from scratch.
Unspeakable things for a Klondike Bar. They’re good, but they’re not that good.
Speak to our clients in a language they can’t understand. We won’t get all “techy” on you.
