• Training will consist of both classroom and actual “hands-on” instruction. Shop administration, employee recruitment, vehicle inspection and diagnosis procedures, sales techniques, inventory control, financial management, and most importantly the fine points of maintaining good customer service.

Your first Tuffy will generally open within 12 months of signing your franchise agreement. That said, if you have real estate already identified, that timeline is greatly reduced.
