We had a great experience with Upstate Granite Solutions. The process was easy to navigate. Krys worked with us closely to help pick the right stone for us and Eric walked us through the scheduling of the templating and installation with constant updates of where we were in the process. We absolutely love our quartz! It is beautiful and they installed it quickly and with much care.Posted on Google![]()

We chose Upstate Granite Solutions for new quartz countertops. We saw them at a home show last spring. Nate helped us with our selections in the showroom, Alex came out to take measurements and Eric oversaw the project. Eric went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with every detail. The stars were Leo and JP. They installed the quartz. We'd been warned our subway tile backsplash might get chipped or broken when the old granite was removed. Leo and JP were careful and no chips occured. We were thrilled to not have any repairs to the tile needed. We highly recommend Upstate Granite and their excellent team!Posted on Google![]()

The entire process was easy and fast! We just needed a quartz remnant for a newly constructed kitchen addition. I was treated as though I had an enormous job and was top priority. I was shown the pieces available and sent an invoice for review. Within a week someone came out to measure and draw a template, followed by installation and sealing. The whole process took 16 days (including my initial showroom visit). My not-quite-finished project is in the photo.Posted on Google![]()

Upstate Granite was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The process is streamlined, the price is fair and the staff is professional. The sales staff, especially Chris (female), is knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, personable. The installation crew was prompt, precise and clean. I would and will, highly recommend UG to family, friends and clients.
