OUR MISSION
It is our mission to provide educational support and guidance for students by communicating with them and motivating them as they move through all levels of K–12 and into college. We partner with students and families to identify and overcome the academic, social, and personal obstacles that arise at each stage of the educational journey, ensuring no student navigates these challenges alone.
We prepare students for academic challenges by providing a customized learning experience that helps them successfully overcome school’s hurdles, transition confidently to college, and build a strong foundation for post-graduate success. Through personalized support, students strengthen their academic skills, gain self-confidence, and discover what they love and excel at—all within a safe, supportive, and secure environment.

Job Description
We are seeking high energy, creative, and fun employees who are passionate about working with college bound students. We are very particular when selecting members to join our team because we understand the importance of the role we play in the future of our students' lives.

Our high school students especially like working with current college students so we encourage you to apply. As an added bonus, our employees are welcome to study in the quiet tutoring center during their off time and help each other with their studies.
Desired Skills & Experience
All positions are located in Charleston, West Virginia and involve part-time or full-time work as a W-2 employee. No travel is required. Hourly rate of pay, between $10 to $25, is based on experience. You have the luxury of setting your own working hours but must be able to meet client scheduling needs which may include off business hours, such as after school, evenings and weekends.
