Jul 2026: Another great experience here. After getting ridiculous quotes from the Chevy dealer for a full front strut replacement, I called to see if RG could do it. They knew exactly what needed to be done and ordered the part the same day to make sure it would get in on time, and worked with me so that they could fix the car while I was out of town. I also had tires delivered from TireRack; mounted/installed and front alignment. This shop is so easy to work with. Friendly service, organized, competent mechanics, and fairly priced. Not the cheapest or most expensive shop, but that's exactly what I want. They do excellent work, highly recommend.

Hence and sons is a great spot with honest people, I’ve been coming for my rundown car from 07 for the past four years and they never fail to do the job fast and quick. I was even taught a trick to get my car hood open and closed without having to buy new parts by Gary and that was a real lifesaver. They’ve fixed my car in time crunches before I had long drives and have always come through, way more dependable than your run of the mill chain auto shop. Thanks so much to the great people that work there!

I broke down on the road just a couple of miles from this shop while traveling for work with pets. They got me back on the road as soon as the part arrived. They could have easily taken advantage of my situation, but instead they were honest and kind. They even charged me less for the part than the dealership quoted me. I can’t thank them enough ❤️❤️❤️ Highly recommend!

My father recommended this repair shop to me because he said they are very fair and do good work. He takes his car here whenever it needs some sort of service but I hadn't been myself before today.
I had what turned out to be a minor problem and they took care of it within 30 min and didn't ask me to pay.... told me just bring the car back whenever I needed other service. Good people, good service. My father was right.

They are an amazing family owned repair shop. We've been going here for decades and could not be happier with their service. They are honest, hardworking and reasonably priced. I've never felt ripped off or had my repair jacked up with a lot of unnecessary nonsense work.

RG Hence & Sons was quick with the repairs. In addition, the process of going in and paying was easy and they were able to fit me in during a busy timeline. The pay was also fair and reasonable, and the diagnostic was free. Thanks guys, and great job!
I brought my daughter's car here to be checked before she returned to college. The service and staff were excellent. They made sure everything was perfect before she left for college, leaving myself and my daughter with a sound piece of mind! Thank you for everything and for getting her in on such short notice! We both appreciate all of you! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about the kind and helpful staff here. We have several old cars needing regular maintenance, and they have taken really good care of us since we moved to Fayetteville over 15 years ago. Trustworthy, hardworking, and they know their stuff!

After coming to have my car cared for about 40 yrs.thought I should write a message of thanks.My last car got me through 272,000 miles, Dodge Status. They say that car is unbelievable to go that far, thanks guys! Now,a Saturn Ion Coupe, 333,000, so far so good. You will find honesty, fairness, caring as well as perfection.
