Chris Watkins

I’m the proud owner of Watkins Mechanical. I’ve built the company as a family-run business rooted in honest work, strong values, and a commitment to serving our local community.

With years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, I’ve worked hard to earn a reputation for being dependable, thorough, and doing things the right way. I believe in treating our customers like neighbors, and I’m just as focused on building a strong team—one that supports each other, takes pride in the work, and still makes time for life outside of it.

When I’m not on the job, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, biking, hiking, or working on perfecting my homemade Neapolitan wood-fired pizza.

Mark McLeod

I’m a Beaufort native who takes pride in serving the community I’ve always called home. Outside of work, I’m a devoted husband and father, and I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and daughter. When I’m not with family, you’ll usually find me out on the water fishing and enjoying everything the Lowcountry has to offer. I’m proud to bring a strong local connection, a friendly attitude, and a family-first mindset to the Watkins Mechanical team.
