Warning around company imposters
The investment management industry, including Silvant, has seen an increase in reports of fake websites and social media accounts impersonating firms and staff. These fraudsters use firm brands or names of representatives to try to scam and defraud others. The fraudsters impersonating Silvant are not authorized by Silvant and Silvant is not associated with accounts on social media and similar applications that request direct investments. Silvant does not offer direct investment opportunities to individuals through any social media platform.
Please be vigilant if you are contacted by someone you don’t know offering you an investment opportunity. You should always use caution if you receive an unsolicited investment proposal, requests for personal information or money transfers, or other solicitations. Silvant reserves the right to take all steps to protect its legal rights and reputation.
