9**About The Role**

11Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) position is focused on developing leads by gathering names, job titles, phone numbers, emails, and company data. These leads are provided to Account Executives (AEs) for prospecting. As a LGS, you are required to research on information technology-related contacts in K-12, Higher Education, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise space and convert them into leads by authenticating the information for that particular contact.

17**What You’ll do**

19  * Research the lead and get authentic information i.e., Individual’s (Name, Job title, Authentic email and Phone#) and also, the company/school’s data by using various resources
20  * Research, identify, and prospect for 2-4 high quality information technology (IT) contacts per target organization (K-12, Higher Education, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise) that would be interested in our software and services
21  * Use Google, LinkedIn, and other tools to understand contact's role within the organization
22  * Map various information technology titles and responsibilities (Engineer, Network Manager, IT Director, CIO, Owner/CEO) to organizational chart
23  * Validate email through various tools
24  * Making calls to get the authentic phone# for the prospect
25  * Add prospects to spreadsheet / CRM / database

27· Work with Account Executives (AEs) to understand quality of leads and improve as needed

29**What We Are Looking For**

31  * Minimum 1 year experience of outbound sales, demand generation marketing, sales or lead generation experience
32  * Understanding of information technology concepts and how they relate to business information systems (networking, security, SaaS, WiFi, cloud, IoT) is a plus
33  * Understanding if business WiFi concepts (802.11, WiFi site survey, WiFi design, access points, controllers, switches) is a plus
34  * Ability to work in a remote setting and onsite
35  * Good communication skills
36  * Salesforce or HubSpot experience is a plus
37  * Ability to work in USA business days and hours
