Public land hunts in the high country will be in aspen, ponderosa pine, pinon pine, chapparral, cedar, juniper, sage brush, and low/high desert country. Private ranches will be open cedar, juniper, sage, and low/high desert country.</p> 180<h3>Do I need to purchase my own license, tags, etc.?</h3> 181<p>Yes, you can purchase your necessary AZ hunting licenses online at azgfd.com website and purchase OTC-Permits from a authorized vendor like Sportsmans, Cabelas, Bass Pro, or Walmart in Arizona.</p> 182<p></p> 183<h3>Do you rent or provide firearms/bows for hunts?</h3> 184<p>No, we are not permitted to provide any firearms/ammunition/bows/arrows for any of our hunts.</p> 185<h3>Is hunter blaze orange required?</h3> 186<p>No, it is not required in Arizona.</p> 187<h3>Are your private ranch hunts high fence?</h3> 188<p>Absolutely not, none of our hunts are high fence or baited. Fair chase is the only way we would conduct our hunts.</p> 189<h3>What is the average shot distance?</h3> 190<p>Rifle shots on big game will average from 300 out to 800 yards. Muzzle loader shots will average 40 to 200 yrds and archery will average 50 yrds out to 70 yards. Rifle shots on predators will be 100 yrds or less out to 200 yards. Shot guns on predators expect point blank shots out to 50 yards. </p> 191<h3>What is the difference between Guided and Outfitted hunt?</h3> 192<p>The difference between our two hunts is we supply the camp and meals on our Outfitted hunting trips.</p> 193<h3>What are your camps like?</h3> 194<p>Our camps will be large canvas 10x14 Kodiak wall tents with carpet, heat, light, with extra large cots or 30ft modernize camp trailer with all amenities. Hot shower can be provided on wall tent camps. Camps will have a host/cook, or your guide to prived with a fast breakfast, sack lunch, and a home cooked meals for dinner.</p> 195<h3>Can the guides & host/cook be tipped?</h3> 196<p>Yes. Our professional staff works very hard to make your hunt is 100% enjoyable and successful. Most tips are 10-15% of guide fees that each hunter paid. Remember tips are always earned and always appreciated.</p> 197<h3>Is transportation provided to camp or motel?</h3> 198<p>No, usually hunters that fly in will rent a vehicle at the airport.
