It lets you share your photos, documents, music, videos and more with fellow horsefuckers.<h2>What files are allowed?</h2><p>Any kind of file is allowed, as long as the file is legal in The Netherlands and you have the legal right to publish the file on our service.<h2>What files are not allowed?</h2><p>We do not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child pornography, viruses, malware, or any other files that are illegal in The Netherlands or that you do not have the legal right to publish on our service.<p>To prevent storage and bandwidth abuse, we also do not allow entire episodes of anime or full-length episodes of TV shows to be uploaded or stored on our service.<b> This rule does not apply to My Little Pony or anything related to it.</b><p>Files that violate these rules may be removed or purged from our service at our discretion and without prior notice.<h2>How long are files kept for?</h2><p>Forever, unless you upload the shit mentioned above.<h2>Do you keep logs of uploaded files?</h2><p>A database of the current active files are kept which includes the name, hash and IP of the file and time of upload, we store uploader IPs to help prevent CSAM abuse from certain individuals.<p>Downloads and visits are not tracked or logged in respect for your privacy.<h2>Can you remove my copyrighted file?</h2><p>If it's serious, send a takedown notice to <a href=mailto:[email protected]>[email protected]</a> and i'll look into it.<br>Do note however, <a href=https://u.pone.rs/kFYzogwA.mp3 title=SOVL>we are not subject to DMCA.</a> I will likely ignore all DMCA requests.<h2>Can you remove files that are defaming me?</h2><p><img alt="shiggy diggy" title="shiggy diggy" src=https://u.pone.rs/aQnPZqor.png style=max-height:150px;max-width:150px><h2>Can you remove illegal files?</h2><p>As with generous file sharing services like this one, there are bad apples who upload illegal content and ruin the fun for everyone. I will try my best to take action in a timely manner.<p>You could also contact the appropriate law enforcement office. They may then contact us if appropriate.
