Telehealth Network Partners"}),e.jsx("h3",{className:"font-display text-xl font-semibold text-foreground mt-6 mb-3",children:"7.1 Identity and Role of Telehealth Partners"}),e.jsx("p",{className:"text-muted-foreground leading-relaxed",children:`VURV's Urgent Care, Virtual Primary Care, and Mental Health network services are delivered through partnerships with Recuro Health and MediOrbis (each a "Telehealth Partner," and collectively the "Telehealth Partners"). Recuro Health and MediOrbis are independent third-party healthcare technology companies that own, operate, and administer their respective provider networks pursuant to separate Master Service Agreements with VURV (each an "MSA"). The Telehealth Partners are independent contractors of VURV and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, or partners of VURV for any purpose.`}),e.jsx("h3",{className:"font-display text-xl font-semibold text-foreground mt-6 mb-3",children:"7.2 Provider Credentialing and Licensing"}),e.jsx("p",{className:"text-muted-foreground leading-relaxed",children:'Each Telehealth Partner is responsible for ensuring that the licensed healthcare providers made available through its network (each a "Network Provider") are appropriately qualified to deliver the services offered through the applicable program. Each Telehealth Partner is solely responsible for establishing and maintaining its own credentialing and provider oversight program in accordance with its internal policies and applicable law. All clinical consultations, diagnoses, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, referrals, and any other professional healthcare services rendered through a Telehealth Partner's network are provided solely by independently licensed Network Providers.
