(“Traderverse,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users of the Traderverse mobile application available on Apple Appstore and Google Play. </p><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> These Child Safety Standards apply to all users of Traderverse and explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. </p></div><div class="privacy-documentation flex flex-col gap-5" data-v-c4263f0b><h2 class="heading-level-one" data-v-c4263f0b>1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Toward CSAE</h2><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Traderverse has a strict zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). </p><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> We strictly prohibit: </p><ul data-v-c4263f0b><li data-v-c4263f0b>Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Grooming of a minor for sexual purposes.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Sextortion involving minors.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of children.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Any attempt to solicit sexual content involving a minor.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Any content that depicts or promotes sexual abuse of children.</li></ul><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Any violation will result in immediate action, including account suspension and reporting to appropriate authorities. </p><h2 class="heading-level-one" data-v-c4263f0b>2. Prohibited Conduct</h2><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Users may not: </p><ul data-v-c4263f0b><li data-v-c4263f0b>Engage in inappropriate communication with minors.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Request or share sexually explicit content involving minors.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Attempt to build relationships with minors for exploitative purposes.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Use the platform to facilitate exploitation or abuse of children.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Share, upload, or distribute CSAM in any form.</li></ul><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Traderverse actively monitors and reviews reported content and accounts to enforce these standards. </p><h2 class="heading-level-one" data-v-c4263f0b>3. In-App Safety &amp; Reporting Mechanisms</h2><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Traderverse provides built-in safety tools, including: </p><ul data-v-c4263f0b><li data-v-c4263f0b><strong data-v-c4263f0b>Report User</strong> feature available on every user profile.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b><strong data-v-c4263f0b>Block User</strong> functionality to prevent unwanted interaction.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Review system for handling violations.</li></ul><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Users can report suspected CSAE or other safety violations directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team. </p><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> We encourage users to immediately report any suspicious or harmful behavior. </p><h2 class="heading-level-one" data-v-c4263f0b>4. Action on CSAM</h2><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Upon obtaining actual knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Traderverse will: </p><ul data-v-c4263f0b><li data-v-c4263f0b>Immediately remove the content.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Suspend or permanently ban the offending account.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Preserve relevant records as required by law.</li><li data-v-c4263f0b>Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing &amp; Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant regional authorities, in accordance with applicable laws.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-level-one" data-v-c4263f0b>5. Compliance With Child Safety Laws</h2><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Traderverse complies with applicable child protection laws and regulations. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and authorized child protection agencies. </p><h2 class="heading-level-one" data-v-c4263f0b>6. Age Requirements</h2><p class="para" data-v-c4263f0b> Traderverse is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements as specified in our <a href="https://traderverse.io/terms-and-conditions" data-v-c4263f0b>Terms of Service</a>. Users under the minimum legal age are not permitted to use the platform. </p><h2 class="heading-level-one" data-v-c4263f0b>7.
