When you request a demo, the request lands in his inbox. When you buy a paid plan, you get a designated customer success manager and 1:1 onboarding and training on top of that.</p><p>We are a small company with one product. That cuts both ways, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. You will not get a procurement portal or a 40-page security questionnaire response by return. You will get a straight answer from someone who knows your event, and you will get it from the same person next year.</p></div><div class="rf-decision-list"><div><p><strong>One product.</strong> A conference app for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, with the organizer portal at <a href="https://app.conferencetap.com">app.conferencetap.com</a>.</p></div><div><p><strong>Two plans.</strong> One Event, or Unlimited Events for a calendar. Unlimited registrations is the default, not a tier.</li><li>The whole committee should be able to edit the schedule. Organizer seats are unlimited.</li><li>Sponsors deserve a result they can measure, so booths capture leads you can export.</li><li>Virtual sessions belong inside the app, with chat, Q&amp;A, and polls, not on a third-party link where your branding ends.</li><li>Fees should be printed. Ticketing is 3.5% plus Stripe's processing fee, and that is the only per-ticket line.</li></ul></div></div></section>
