The Sponsorsâ copyrights 49 in the sitemaps protocol specification, as published on the Website (the âSpecificationâ), 50 are licensed to you under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License (version 51 2.5). Other than the Sponsorsâ copyrights in this Specification, no intellectual 52 property rights of any kind are granted or may arise under these Terms of Service 53 or via your use of Sitemaps, whether express, implied or otherwise. 54 </p> 55 <h2> 56 Changes in Website and Terms and Conditions; Change in Specification</h2> 57 <p> 58 We may modify or terminate the Website, for any reason, and without notice. The Sponsors shall have no liability to you for 72 any such changes. Each of the Sponsors reserves the right to use, or not use, the 73 Sitemaps protocol in whole or in part, on any or all of its products or services, 74 and no Sponsor shall obligated to index, read or otherwise make use of any sitemap 75 published by you. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each of the 76 Sponsors reserves the right at any time to discontinue use of the Sitemaps protocol 77 on any or all of its products or services. 78 </p> 79 <h2> 80 Disclaimer of Warranties</h2> 81 <p> 82 The Sponsors disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, 83 content, completeness, reliability, or operability or availability of information 84 or material displayed on the Website. The Sponsors also disclaim any responsibility 85 for any harm resulting from use of the Specification or downloading or accessing 86 any information or material on the Internet through the Website. 87 </p> 88 <p> 89 THE WEBSITE, THE SPECIFICATION AND ALL MATERIALS, INFORMATION AND SERVICES INCLUDED 90 IN THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER.
