Donation requests must be made in conjunction with the requesting organization’s regular fundraising activities. Donations received from the Nick’s Kids Foundation cannot be earmarked or used for (a) the benefit of a prospective student-athlete, or (b) the purpose of contributing to a boys’ basketball program.
