Payment for hire is due within 30 days of the invoice."}),e.jsx("p",{children:"Delayed payment of more than 4 weeks will incur interest of 2% per week or part thereof until settlement is received. No further bookings will be accepted or honoured where invoices remain unpaid after this time."})]})]}),e.jsxs(s,{children:[e.jsx(i,{children:e.jsx(r,{children:"Insurance"})}),e.jsxs(n,{className:"space-y-4 text-muted-foreground",children:[e.jsx("p",{children:"Hirers performing on stage must ensure that adequate public liability insurance cover has been taken out for the duration of rehearsals, set-up and performances."}),e.jsx("p",{className:"font-semibold text-foreground",children:"Nuneaton Arts CIO reserves the right to require sight of insurance policies prior to bookings being accepted or events commencing – failure to provide this may result in refusal/cancellation of bookings."})]})]}),e.jsxs(s,{children:[e.jsx(i,{children:e.jsx(r,{children:"Fire and Safety"})}),e.jsx(n,{className:"space-y-4 text-muted-foreground",children:e.jsx("p",{children:"It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure that all staff and performers/members are aware of the Fire and Safety Policy, which is available for download from our web site."})})]}),e.jsxs(s,{children:[e.jsx(i,{children:e.jsx(r,{children:"Child Protection Regulations"})}),e.jsxs(n,{className:"space-y-4 text-muted-foreground",children:[e.jsx("p",{children:"Any performance involving children up to 16 yrs. old and still in full time education will be subject to statutory licensing/supervision restrictions."}),e.jsx("p",{className:"font-semibold text-foreground",children:"Failure to ensure proper observance of these regulations may result in the cancellation of any event at the Abbey Theatre."})]})]}),e.jsxs(s,{children:[e.jsx(i,{children:e.jsx(r,{children:"Building Security"})}),e.jsx(n,{className:"space-y-4 text-muted-foreground",children:e.jsx("p",{children:"Once the main doors are opened 45 minutes before any performance, Nuneaton Arts CIO takes responsibility for building security and access.
