82				<p class="description01">この動力で発電機を回し電気を起こすことを水力発電と言います。電気にすることで制御がしやすくなり、また売電して直接的な収入を得ることができます。

84				私たち小水力開発支援協会は、小規模な水の力を地域で活用するために、発電利用・売電利用やその他の開発をお手伝いしています。<br />
85				また、電気に変換せず直接動力として使うことについても、ご相談に応じます。</p>

89				<p class="description01">発生した電気を売り、そこから得た収入を地域振興に活かそうとするなら、最低100キロワットくらいの規模の発電所が必要になります。<br>
90一方、あまり規模が大きくなると、地域で維持管理することが難しくなるでしょう。私たちは100～1000キロワット程度の発電事業を一つの目安と考えています。<br>
91これより小さい規模、数キロワットから数十キロワット程度の規模の場合には、売電収益を中心にした事業化は難しいことが多いのですが、売電以外の価値、たとえば発生した電力を農産加工施設や観光施設などで使用したり、電気自動車に充電するなど、地域で必要とする目的で使用することが考えられます。そういった事業についても、私たちは支援をしています。</p>
