33My approach</h2><p class="text-base text-muted-foreground leading-relaxed mb-5" style="white-space:pre-line;opacity:0;transform:translateY(24px)">The therapy I offer is all about talking and does not involve any physical contact or activities in my presence. Sometimes I will recommend a programme of gradual tasks or activities to be undertaken at home between therapy sessions. This is always fully negotiated with the couple or individual involved and the reasons and potential benefits fully explained.</p><p class="text-base text-muted-foreground leading-relaxed" style="white-space:pre-line;opacity:0;transform:translateY(24px)">I am always happy to discuss my approach and whether online psychosexual and relationship therapy is right for a particular individual or couple.
